To ensure that photography sessions are conducted safely and respectfully while preserving the condition of our working Christmas tree farm, all photographers and their clients are required to comply with the following policies:

1. Prior Approval & Scheduled Session Time
   Prior approval must be obtained from R A Farms LLC before scheduling a photography session. Each session must have a designated start and end time, which must be strictly observed.
2. Required Information
   The following information must be submitted for approval:
   
   • Photographer’s full name
   • Mailing or business address
   • Email address
   • Phone number
   • Vehicle make, model, and license plate number
   • Total number of people participating in the photography session

1. Leave the Property as Found
   The farm property must be left in the same condition in which it was found. Please treat the property, landscaping, equipment, and facilities with care and respect.
2. Parking
   All vehicles must be parked in the designated parking area. Do not block the farm gate or access areas.
3. Restricted Vehicle Access
   Do not drive vehicles down any of the aisles of the farm.
4. Yellow-Taped Areas
   If an area is marked or surrounded by yellow tape, DO NOT ENTER that area under any circumstances.
5. Dogs
   Dogs are permitted on the property but must remain on a leash at all times. Owners are responsible for cleaning up after their dogs. There is no on-site disposal available, so please come prepared to properly remove and dispose of pet waste off-site.
6. Props
   Props are permitted during photography sessions. All props and related materials must be completely removed from the property at the conclusion of the session.
7. Trash & Refuse
   There is no on-site refuse disposal. Photographers and/or their clients are responsible for collecting and disposing of all trash and refuse off-site.
8. Trees, Buildings, Equipment & Property
   Cutting, removing, damaging, or tampering with trees is strictly prohibited. Tampering with or altering buildings, equipment, fences, landscaping, or any other farm property is also strictly prohibited.
9. Restrooms
   There are no restroom facilities available on the property.
10. Buildings
    All buildings are closed to photography sessions. Entry into any building is prohibited unless specifically authorized by R A Farms LLC.
11. Liability & Indemnification
    R A Farms LLC is not responsible for any items that are lost, stolen, or damaged while on the farm, including, but not limited to, vehicles, cameras, photography equipment, props, and personal belongings.
    The photographer(s), their employee(s) and/or assistant(s), and their client(s) agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless R A Farms LLC, its owners, and employees from and against any liability, loss, damage, injury, or other casualty to persons or property caused by, arising from, or occurring in connection with the acts or omissions of the photographer(s), their employee(s) and/or assistant(s), or client(s), to the extent permitted by law.
12. Photography Releases
    The photographer is responsible for obtaining any necessary waivers, releases, or permissions from clients or other individuals who may appear in photographs taken on the property.
13. Social Media Promotion
    We appreciate your support of R A Farms LLC. Photographers are encouraged to promote our farm on their social media pages and/or websites and to "Like" our Facebook page.
14. Photography Session Fee
    The applicable photography session fee must be paid within 48 hours of approval in order to secure the scheduled session.
15. Cancellation & Refund Policy
    Cancellations made at least 5 days prior to the scheduled session will receive a 100% refund. Cancellations made fewer than 5 days prior to the scheduled session will receive a 75% refund.
16. Working Christmas Tree Farm
    R A Farms LLC is a working Christmas tree farm. Please be respectful of our staff, ongoing farm operations, equipment, and the space needed to safely complete farm work. Farm activities take priority over photography sessions, and photographers and their clients may be asked to adjust their activities or location as necessary.
