If you would like to schedule a photography session at our farm a request form and payment must be made prior. The form must be submitted at least two (2) weeks in advance of the date(s) you are requesting. Once the request has been approved, payment must be made within 48 hours. Non-payment will result in cancellation of scheduled time.

1. Prior approval/appointment time for photography session must be obtained from the farm, with a designated start and stop time.
2. Name of photographer, contact address, email and phone number, vehicle description (make, model license plate), number of people for photography shoot must be submitted.
3. Farm property is to be left in the condition upon which it is found.
4. Park in the parking lot – do NOT block the gate.
5. Do NOT drive down any of the isles.
6. If yellow tape is surrounding any area of the farm, then DO NOT ENTER that area.
7. Dogs are permitted on leash. Dog owners are required to clean up after their dogs. NO ON SITE DISPOSAL so come prepare.
8. Props are allowed. All props must be removed from the property at the end of the photo session.
9. There is no refuse disposal on site. All refuse is the responsibility of the photographer or photographer’s clients to dispose of OFF site.
10. NO CUTTING of trees is permitted unless the farm is open for business.
11. There is no restroom available.
12. All buildings are closed for photography sessions.
13. R A Farms is not responsible for any items that may be lost or damaged while on the farm, including but not limited to vehicles, cameras, props, and personal items.
14. While we do not charge for use of our farm, we ask that photographers submit 3-4 pictures of our farm with full license, for our use. Photos should be submitted to our email: info@rafarms.net
15. Any waiver/release of liability of pictures that may include photographer’s clients are responsibility of photographer to obtain.
16. We ask that you would promote our farm on your social media page(s) and/or website, like our Facebook page.
